Went to fill .22 Marauder, won't take air. Thinking it is fill valve problem. I pressurize with Benji hand pump that is several years old.? Last time I used pump , 6 mos ago, pump acted up but I did get it to work & pumped to 2500psi. My normal range is 1900-2500 psi. When I connect pump to fill valve on rifle the gauge on pump doesn't register anything. Would this indicate a fill valve issue on rifle or a pump issue? Most of my airguns are springers, however, I use the .22 Marauder for quiet pest control. Squirrels abundant running on roof, gutters & deck. Have to get this resolved. Thanks in advance.

@liveliner There is a check valve in the fill port of the air tube. It won't let air out to move gage on pump.
