I wasn't sure what you meant by that. Now I see. I see how that would dampen the resonation in the stock. Quiet the firing sound. Good work. I might actually try it on a rather snappy springer I have. Mk1 Webley Stingray Deluxe carbine .22. (sure is a pretty gun) I just got it and found a broken spring guide and probably should replace the seal. Massage the trigger and sear. I have to order some acetal and a seal.
