Or, is it just a cottage industry?  Want it done somewhere that can be held accountable.

I really want a tuned R7. I have looked at flying Dragons website and he has some, come on June 1.....

So, get a .22 HW35E now or wait and hope to find what I want in June?

Mike Melick is a straight shooter, as is David Slade.

Disclaimer, I've bought from Mike, but only talked to David.

Will Piatt comes to mind, as another guy I'd gladly give my money to, again.

Your distinction is a good one, big difference between "hobby tuners" like Ed, and full-time dedicated shops.

I don't know who else, isn't based on forum rep slash hobby. (and I'm limiting comments to people I know)

For question #2, it's hard to go wrong with ready money.

So says Richard Saunders...

There are but 3 true friends.

An old wife.

An old dog.

Ready money.

Paul Watts is a name I haven't heard about for quite a while. Back in the day, if you wanted the absolute best tune, this was the guy. His website looks like it is still up and going but I haven't seen anything about him on this site.
