I ordered the HW50s the first week of June and at the same time ordered a stock and spring along with a couple of piston seals from JM. The stuff I ordered from JM arrived no problem so I turned a set of guides and cleaned up a little of the inletting in the stock so I would be ready when the HW50s arrived. UPS has had the rifle at the depot for five days and continues to change the status of my package , as in out for delivery then back in transit then rescheduled and so on , for five days , why. So have any of you had the same problem or any idea as to what is going on with UPS. When should I consider the package lost.

Thanks for any information.

Doug

did you call them

are they close by so you could pick it up

is there a UPS store near by that you could redirect the package to

wondering on a air gun forum will not get your package

and if you have not called them, i have to ask why not

we can type a bunch of opinions but your package is with UPS

@marflow  I have called and have been re directed and eventually disconnected. If I was able to speak to someone the response was that my package was being prepared for delivery then nothing. They could not provide a day or time so of little use.

Got a UPS delivery last week that arrived in what looked like it might be a rental truck, twice as big as the normal brown delivery van and packed like Santa's workshop the day before Christmas.

I always choose FedEx when I have a choice. They in my case have been the least problematic. Usually its USPS that has my packages going around in circles.

Good luck
