Bought this pouch for hunting about 20 years ago from Airgun Express. Even to this day, I haven't seen a better design. It seems like the Wilkins is all the rage, but you have to lift the flap up to retrieve a pellet. You don't have to with this one. Dump the pellets in the top, and pick them out at the bottom. Bought two or three back then since they worked so well. Next to it is an adjustable Beeman seater. Never found a practical use other than leaving the pellet flush with the breech.
I have one of the Airgun Gear pouches and also several of the copies of that pouch Gamo used to give away with some of their pellets. The Gamo pouches are pretty good but they lacked the grommets and neck lanyard. Of course, grommets and cord were an easy fix.
I love neck pouches for pellets and I have a bunch in several different styles.

I am guessing that the pellets goes in the flap at the top and where the seam is near the bottom opens to pull the pellets out. Outstanding idea. Anyone know where to get one? I have several varieties, including a Wilkins but this one in the photo seems to top them all.
I'll know more after testing the one you are going to sell to me.....:) Hint. Hint
Or I'll try to make one if you won't part with the "two or three" you bought.
You are correct. The bottom of the holder is like a kangeroo pouch, and the pellets do not fall out. This is by far the best hunting holder I've seen. Cannot believe no one has copied the design after all these years. These are my findings:
1. Beeman condura pouch: Condura with velcro closure - just awful. Perfect for spooking game every time you grab a pellet.
2. Beeman deluxe pouch: Made of some kind of leather with a tab and spring loaded. The best of the worst.
3. Phillips pellet holder: "Patent Pending" when I was introduced to this design. Only holds 20, and you have to buy different kinds of pads. Cannot believe it's still being sold.
With the airgun gear pouch you can hold at least a 100 pellets of your choice, they don't fall out, and it's silent. All for $10 when I bought them!

Believe they had a leather one too, but I did not like the rigid opening at the bottom.
Perfect opportunity for someone to re-introduce to market the best pellet holder ever.
That Airgun Express pellet pouch would be great !
I bought a couple similar Markman pouches many years ago, but they have a metal belt clip on them... I made a neck cord from some paracord to hang them from... I tried buying others, but they became unavailable too.
I also made a few neck hanging pouches using a leather "squeeze coin purse", and thread a piece of paracord through one of the top seams... these work great by just inserting your fingers into it to pull out a single pellet... bought a few from Amazon... just search "squeeze coin purse".
These pouches are pretty much spill-proof !
Here are some photos to show these.
