Wondering if a Buck-Rail UNF Suppressor ($35.00) really works ! As in Terrys Video it does take the Sharp Bark (Crack) in Break Barrel Springers ! Buck-Rail is Amazing and Low Price still has me Scratching my Head since most Suppressors are $149.00 -$300.00 plus Shipping & Taxes ! Again Thanks to Terry for another Amazing Product ! I used one on a Crosman 160 for basement shooting. It made the gun significantly quieter. The effect might be more subtle on a springer.
Don't put too much stock in video or audio recordings of "suppressor effectiveness." Almost every modern recording device has some form of volume leveling built into the system. Suppressors tend to be much more impressive in person.
Such measurements need to be made in sound insolated laboratories using specialized instruments - not cell phones.
Otherwise a discreet microphone must be placed forward of the gun's muzzle because the measurement must be made of the muzzle - generated gas noise, without the mechanical noise generating by the gun.
once again it works ! My wife , my Dog & I noticed a Big Difference in taming the Blast which is now gone with the Suppressor ! I wouldn’t keep it if it didn’t work and never Post anything that isn’t True !Didnt want to make this Rifle longer but if that’s what it takes will keep it on !
