Late posting this -- Got into woods at around 815 killed 1st squirrel about 5 minutes later, ended up kill 2 more by 10am. Probably seen 10-12 squirrels but most were way off in woods moving thru trees. Woods is like walking on potato chips its so dry/noisy. Gun used FX Crown MK2 .22 380 mm barrel 18 gr jsb, love this gun its just nice to carry in the woods and deadly accurate.
My neighbor ask me to kill the squirrels in their yard as their tearing stuff up on their porch and in the flowers. Had to go over this morning to do something for him so took the Crown, was out by his barn and looked up and there was a grey hopping across his yard a guessed 60 yds or so, held 2nd hash mark on my Hawke Endurance 4x16x50 on top of his head and pellet hit him right thru the left eye. I stopped the squirrel by lip squeaking to him, he stood up on his hind legs and looked right at me then went nighty night. No pic of this critter.
