The Pacific Airgun Expo is scheduled for April 13-14 2019 at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, California. An easy one hour drive from the Sacramento International Airport, the Pacific Airgun Expo is a biannual event that is always a lot of fun seeing old friends and making new ones while buying, selling, and trading stuff from our favorite hobby. The education alone is worth the journey.
We will once again have a "state of the industry" meeting and group dinner Saturday evening at the brewery across the street from the event.
"Hangtown" Placerville is a tourist mecca with a lot for the family to do while you're hanging out with the west coast's top airgun dealers, manufacturers, and collectors trading and buying airguns and equipment. Take a few extra days and make a vacation out of the event to fish, pan for gold, shop, and explore the colorful history and beautiful vistas of this picturesque area. I secure the venue, run some newspaper ads, and leave stacks of flyers at very many gun stores, but this is primarily a grass roots effort. Our niche is not big enough to fund me the ability to do some kind of huge marketing blitz, so it's really up to all of you that want to see a good event to help with the marketing.
