After much consideration, I have decided to go with the BNM breech and shroud for my Maximus. Rear bolt, of course. I think they should pair well as a lighter pellet launcher than its big brother the Marauder. I am not planning on maxing it out. I feel if I do all of  that then maybe I should have bought the other. 850 fps seems pretty good to me. And I can still carry it into the woods. Shot placement does more damage than speed. But who am I kidding... I will probably sit my fat butt on my screen porch with the door open and shoot off my bench mostly. I do like that 10 shot mag. Paper, tin cans and spoon spinners, BEWARE.

I installed  the breech and shroud on my Discovery.

Made it a definite keeper.

I'm holding out for the Fortitude -

Looks like a stretched P-Rod for less money.

Just a thought, carry on -

Yep, lots of nice choices in the $300 range out in the last year.

I would strongly suggest to anyone who has bought a Multishot breech from BNM to inspect the placement of the loaded pellet to make sure it has passed the transfer port. Mine is blocking the port by 50%. It will most definetly cause loss of velocity .
